hi guys I go hacked my internet a guy I know him and I trusted him he sent me a website I clicked on it and it gave me a error then he said me he could stop my internet WHENEVER he wants by restarting my router or something please I need to get rid of this im playing a game called league of legends and when he looks that im in a game he just stopps my internet and makes me do whatever he wants like a f***ing DOG!!

Solution

1. Call your ISP
2. Find out the lease time on your IP address. Turn your router off during that time, and turn it back on after. You may or may not get a different public IP address.
1. reset your router to defaults which will override any settings he might have installed on it.(usually done by holding a reset button on it for 30secs or so but consult the manual for details)

then #2 I would recommend a clean reinstall for the whole computer after backing up user files first.

another options depending on what the guy did
would be to do a system roll back to a date before your clicked on that link. make sure you disconnect your computer from the internet so he can cancel it in the middle of the roll back. then go into windows system restore and chose a date before you went to that web site. that will undo any settings and programs that may have been installed into the windows os itself.

another option would be to go into control panel and go into system and then select remote management then make sure that's disabled but I doubt that will solve the problem in this case.

OK..

1. Pirated software is not a "sorry". It is a DO NOT DO THAT.

2. Assuming you have a valid Windows 7 Home Basic license, install that. During the install, blow away all partitions and use the whole drive. Whatever theoretical stuff he put on your PC will not survive through that.

3. You fell victim to a very typical social engineering scheme. There may not have ever been any virus/malware installed on your PC. But he caused you to think there was.

4. It might possibly be a DDOS attack. In which case, there is literally nothing you can do about it besides notify your ISP.
The fix for you is to wait a day or two until he gets bored and moves on to someone else.

I recommend a complete reset of the router. if he has gain remote access to it he has control of your network. make sure if you don't reset the router completely that atleast go into the settings and make sure REMOTE MANGMENT is set to disabled. if its enabled someone on the internet can change and control your network. Id recommend this for anyone.

like he said if its a DDOS attack there's not much you can do besides tell your ISP.

Just tell them that. If they are sufficiently motivated, they can look at the logs and see what is going on. You'd have to provide specific times of when this was happening.

...if they are sufficiently motivated. Which they may not be.

A DDOS (Distributed Denial of Service):
A rapid fire series of requests to your IP address, in such a volume that it prevents other, valid connections from getting through.

Think of it like this:
Some dude sends 1,000 people to your front door. Each gets 5 stabs at your doorbell. And then they get out of line.
There is only a single line. So the mailman who wants to deliver your actual mail has to get in that line, and wait behind all those bogus bell rings.

And you can only throw a rock with a note wrapped around it ("Please stop!") out to the guy who controls those 1,000 people.

At a consumer level, there is little you can do but wait until he gets bored and moves on to a new target.

Changing the MAC address on your router usually makes your IP change. Some ISPs won't let you do this, but many just require that your reboot your modem.

"1. Pirated software is not a "sorry". It is a DO NOT DO THAT."

Other than pirating software is against forum rules, it's a moral issue, not an ethical one. Blowing up about it doesn't help his situation. You should have kindly asked him not to talk about it. The biggest argument against pirated software is hidden malware that tags along in many cases.

I usually encounter this problem with my ISP, when I scan the network, their is so many open router with their default username and password, which you can NOT HACK but change the login information.

Solution:

1.) If your connected to router and your router is configure with static ip, immediately CHANGE the Administration USERNAME and Password. If he already PWNED your router, RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS your router by pressing the reset button within 30seconds or when you see the lights blink out.

2.) When re-configuring your router, disconnect the WAN connection or the LAN cable connection from your Modem.

3.) If you have wireless network, change the SSID and CHANGE your WIRELESS PASSWORD.
