I got my internet to work but now....

so i went through this whole trouble of my internet giving me 1-5mbps when i normally get 75-80mbps, so i got that fixed but now when i download a game on steam it went up to 10mbps, which is great, but my internet disconnected and reconnected, and it wasnt like a long disconnect or anything but a brief disconnect when it was installing a game, so i capped the max mbps to 5, but its not only steam that it does it on, and i just tried to speed test, and it disconnected me.....

edit: its back down to the 9mbps but earlier today it was up to 60mbps, after i installed the driver but for some reason its back down, and i have the driver installed......
