Question I got new HDD and my game freezing?

I got new SEAGATE FireCuda 2TB 2.5" 5400 rpm 128 MB SATA 3 ST2000LX01 yesterday, while im playing CS:GO my game sometimes just freeze on like 1 sec or less. I found this on internet: https://gfycat.com/circularhonestlhasaapso its not bad like in the video but something like that.

Check your advanced power setting and make sure the hard disk isn't set to spin down.

Not knowing your Windows edition, my guess is Control Panel, Power Options, somewhere in there are clicks to prevent monitor and harddrive from powering off.
