I really missed up today. I got a email with a PayPal and it was a phishing email of which I called the number on the darn page on the email thinking it was pay pal.
They installed anydesk (which I let them) first I think a Trogan after that malwarebytes scan I will code here. I do not know how to remove it. Once I figured out it was a scam I plugged my modem. though after I plugged it back in and they were using the system again. My wifi card I switch it off turned off now for most of the day But the damage was done I had to change all account passwords they got my spreadsheet. Best options to remove it?
Thanks
Dave
