Question I got problem with the hard disk

I was having a problem 3 months back on my pc . Problem was...... Disk space 100% usage.
And so I updated my windows 10 to newer version. Every thing was fine till today, my pc got stuck when i was playing rainbow six seige.
After restarting my pc gave loud clicking sound, and won't even start . It would directly end up up to bios where it won't show my hdd( hard disk) but after multiple restarts it works very slow now. I clicked a pic of the error but how could i upload i don't know. Now i am running scans on cmd - sfc / scannow.

Upload your image onto imgr or something alike and post the link on here.

Sounds initially like your HDD is failing. Can you run CrystalDiskInfo on it?

Are you possibly running out of space?
If you updated to a new version of windows, you may have a windows.old file that you can get rid of.
