I got the MSI 'overvolted' gtx 660 Ti! I'm worried. What do I do?

The vendor was selling me 660Ti quite cheaply, I trusted MSI because I have their motherboards and they are very good. I was unaware of the overvolting issue until I came across this article
http://www.tomshardware.com/news/msi-gpu-GTX-660-Ti-670-Power-Edition-Overvolting,18240.html

I got the 660 Ti at the price of 650 Ti and the vendor said this special deal will only give me 1 year warranty instead of three, So I can see the stamp it has warranty till 2015.

That's not my concern tho, I got it cheap. But It's the overvolted version (1019mhz boost to 1097)
N660Ti PE 2GD5/OC.

Is there a way to under volt it and.. i don't know.. down clock it? Just to stay safe.. i wanna down volt and down clock it to it's, say , Nvidia's ref spec.

Thanks! I'm worried!

UPDATE:
Casually gaming today, these are the max.
What voltage is considered 'dangerous' zone? Or it doesn't matter as long as it runs cool?

The only way to undervolt would be to use Kepler bios tweaker.

Regardless of the vendor warranty, MSI have to honor their warranty directly.

Personally I would just leave it as bios modding would probably void the warranty anyway. Otherwise contact MSI and see if they will swap it for a revised version.

Given the information you have recieved, I would do the following:

Contact MSI > See if they are up for switching it/RMA'ing. Either way, your card IS a defect and that should be replaced. Meanwhile, use MSI Afterburner to keep it from doing so. If you are unable to get a RMA > Do a Kepler BIOS tweak.
