Question I guess my gpu is dying?

Hi there, It has been several months since I installed DirectX 12 (because CS:GO forced me to do it) and now I have graphical problems on tons of apps, for example:

When playing ROBLOX, The screen turns black and the crash (brrrrrrr) sound, i turned off motherboard beep so i dont know what problem is going on, Playing Minecraft did the exact same thing, ROBLOX Studio did the exact same thing, and paint.net is a different story.
Paint.net and discord shows a little grahical glitch square and leave several square as normal

My specs are:

XFX Radeon 560
Intel i5 - 7400 Cpu (i forgot what is the ghz but whatever)
ASRock H110M-HDV
a 250w idk what psu
V-GEN 4 GB RAM

Is there anyway I can fix this problem?

And no, I don't think my GPU fan is the problem, everytime I power-cycle, The GPU fan still turns for a while (probably for testing)

It's pretty weird how my gpu rune fine after 3 years of usage.
