You may have shorted something on your mobo while you were cleaning it... Where exactly did you put the cloth in terms of cleaning your PC, in what areas exactly?

If you could elaborate more on specifically what is going on, I may be able to provide some more advice although from the looks of it, it looks like your motherboard is little bit screwed too be honest. Since there are no beeps this usually indicates that your motherboard is fried or something along those lines.
