[SOLVED] I had to underclock my gtx 1050 ti to stop my computer to shutdown

Hello I just upgraded my processor, before upgrading my processor, my gpu which is a gtx 1050 ti is working fine. I bought an i3 9100f and reseted my system. My 1050 ti shutsdown my system when i watch youtube and open games. It's not overheating cause i checked the temps but theres one thing i have observed when I underclocked my memory clock to -1000mhz it started working but when it is set to its normal clock it shutsdown and thats how i am making this thread right now. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Full system specs including make and model of the PSU?
What cpu were you using before?
Did you do a full clean reinstall or just a reset from the OS?

I have a gtx 1050 ti
i3 9100f
8gb of ddr4 2400mhz
i have a msi h310 mobo
coolermaster v450 psu

You need to do a clean install at this point because more often than not there are issues just resetting through the OS. A lot of the time some baggage from before the OS effects the computer after the reset.
