i had ups ship my pc for $280 and now

It turns on but its just a blank screen not even the windows logo appear
i reseated everything still nothing, i tried 3 working hdmi cables and a dvi cable still nothing. please help if you can
system specs
Z77 ud3h gigabyte motherboard
i5 3570k @4ghz
hd 6870
600w psu
16gb ddr3 1600mhz ram

Hi, try using just the basic components (leave out GPU, try 1 ram) reset Cmos and try to boot. Are there any BEEPs when the PC tries to start?

If it works, then add the GPU (remember GPU power plugs too) hopefully it starts. Add rest of ram and tweak cmos settings. just some thoughts. Another thing to check is if you have a large heatsink, it may have shifted under the strain of shipping, I would re-seat the CPU and heatsink.

having worked for purolator, I would never ship a pc with a heatsink or GPU installed. I always box them and put them inside the case to ship.

Thanks for the tips however, after doing so, it still doesnt work and now it just keeps on turning on for 5 secs and then off for 5 secs automatically by itself any other suggestions at this point?

i will try that now! i forgot that some 12v rails can be damaged and the pc will still "turn on"

UPDATE: still nothing i dont suppose anyone has anymore advice 🙁
