When you do a clean install of Windows (as opposed to a factory or image recovery) all the manufacturer's drivers from the previous installation are overwritten, effectively deleted in other words. Windows doesn't restore them, you have to get them yourself.

You need to download any missing drivers from your PC or laptop or manufacturer's website if it's a factory-built unit.

If it's home-built/custom-built PC, go to the motherboard manufacturer's website instead.
