i hate windows 10

how can I put window 7 or 8 back on my pc. I rally dislike windows 10 as it is completely different to the others I cant even play my favourite games on face book any more

If you upgraded to Windows 10 fewer than twenty-eight days ago, you can revert to the earlier version in Control Panel.

I think it may come under the Recovery icon but I'm using a Linux macchine and can't check that bit.

If it's been more than 30 days, take this as an opportunity to learn and adapt to new things.

If you had 7 before, and your Product Key is clearly visible on the case, you could borrow a DVD and reinstall. They removed thaose stickers on machines sold with Windows 8 or 8.1.

As Corwin65 implies, it is quite easy to get on with and the classic Shell utility will make it look like any earlier version.

The ageing netbook I'm writing this on has seen XP, Windows7 and now 10 and the modern ones look exactly the same as the oldest.

Windows 10 will in no way stop you playing your games on Facebook - I have no understanding at all on why you'd blame this on the os!!!

If you dislike the start menu & tiles then just install classic shell & 8 ball gadgets & it will to all intents & purposes run EXACTLY the same as win 7 from a user point of view but with 50% of the ram & CPU overheads & at a 1/3 of the disk space.
