i have 100mbps plan but acording to speedtest.net i get only 1.5mbps

because my wifi also has a speed of 2 or 3 mbps

That is definitely poor performance. What make/model is your router? Does a wired connection perform better than a wireless connection?

I was getting 30 and even 40 mbps just a few days ago
but suddenly since 3 days until now only 1.5 or 3
maybe I need to contact my ISP ?
wired and wireless connection same speed 1.5 or 3 mbps according to speedtest

Double check your connections going into your router to make sure they are properly secured. If that doesn't help, contact your ISP.
