Question I have 16.0 GB memory, but it shows only 11,8 GB in windows...

I have problem with my PC, I have 16.0 ram (4x 4gb hyperx. 2133 mhz), memory installed but I do not know why it shows only 11,8 GB. I tried method via msconfig or to set no paging file but it didnt fix this issue... I have GIGABYTE 970a-ds3p motherboard. Can anyone help me? I am really lost here.

Make sure all 4 sticks are firmly and fully installed, making sure each of the four memory slots are clean (no debris). Also, while doing this, reset the motherboard BIOS and try again.

After all this I have there 16.0 GB, hardware reserved only 42,1 MB, thank you very much for help. If you have more time, please I have question about paging file in windows, should I change it, or leave it on auto? And last question is about mhz, how can I change it in BIOS? I have there some options but I do not want to damage something, then if I have 2133 mhz, how it works?

Leave the pagefile size at auto.

Look in your BIOS for XMP/memory speed profiles. Keep in mind, you'll see little/no difference in performance and could make your system unstable.
