I have 16GB ram and its using 97% of it..???

All of the sudden my computer got horribly slow and I checked task manager and this showed up.

I ram a malwarebytes scan and it popped up a few unwanted programs so I removed them, still doing the same thing. It's hard to even open the browser and get on this forum because of how slow it it.
