[SOLVED] I have 16GB RAM but only 3968 MB currently allocated

Hello,

I have win 10 (64), Intel Core i7-7700 CPU 3.60GHz, 16GB Ram, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 3GB.

I saw that only 3968 MB is being used and recommended is 2939 and i wasn't sure if that was correct or not? I also have another drive and I wasn't sure if I should system manage that one as well or set it to a custom size?

You appear to be confusing physical RAM with Windows Virtual RAM (ie the Page File).

The 3968MB is the current size of the Page File, it is not referring to physical RAM.
