I have 1st generation Intel i3 processor . 4 gb ram and want to play high graphics games like gta5,nfs the run ,nfs rivals etc..... I will buy a better psu. But I want a graphics card which will be suitable for these games...

For that CPU i would recommend nothing over an RX 470.

RX 470 would do,other options would be GTX 780 or GTX 960

imho RX460 and another 4GB RAM stick for entry-level gaming performance.
Or cpu upgrade $180 core i7-870, GTX1060 and another 4GB RAM stick for mainstream gaming performance.
