I have 2 monitors and there is a problem with full screen and pressing stuff on the second monitor.

Hello!
I've just got a second monitor and installed it, its all working fine but when i have a full screen game on the main it alt tab's when i press on something in the second monitor.
also, I want to make it so when i press on something in the second monitor it says there and doesn't open it in the main one (and vise versa).
also, i want stuff like skype, steam msg's and any notification to be on the seconds monitor.
