Do not know if this is the right area to ask these questions but i am new here so please bear with me. First i will post my Pc specs

Rosewill Blackbone Mid ATX Case
AMD FX8320 CPU W/Stock fan
Gigabyte GA-78LMT USB3
Gigabyte AMD R9 290 4GB GDDR5 Windforce OC
EVGA 750w G2 Supernova Gold rated
16GB Vulcan DDR3 2133 ram (actually get 1600MHZ btw even though mobo lists 1333Mhz)
2 1TB each WD sata drives 7200RPM
1 Buffalo 3TB Ultra Fast 3.0 USB external Hard drive W/ 1GB DDR3 Ram Cache
1 DVD/RW Drive

Now before i ask my question I do not overclock Cpu at this time but do plan to overclock my FX8320 from what its at now 3700MHZ to 4000MHZ in near future and cooling along with this is main reason behind my upcoming questions. Also i do not plan on doing Crossfire since my case would not be big enough, nor could I with current motherboard and really one card is good enough for me.

Now about my questions, I would like to know what would be a good aftermarket CPU fan for my FX8320 given my whole setup/case? Last Question given what i want to do and have do you think I should upgrade CPU fan only and stay with current Motherboard given that its durable and good enough for what i want or should i upgrade motherboard at same time I upgrade the CPU fan? Looking for opinions and advice and please let me know what cpu fan and if you reccomend new mobo please what mobo as well if you think i should upgrade mobo as well.

Thanks in advance and i hope to hear from people soon xD

Actually you can overclock on your existing board. There is a whole bunch of different AMD motherboards listed in this database. http://www.overclock.net/t/946407/amd-motherboards-vrm-info-database

Also there is an Amazon review where someone talks about overclocking.

This review is from: Gigabyte AM3+ AMD DDR3 1333 760G HDMI USB 3.0 Micro ATX Motherboard GA-78LMT-USB3 (Personal Computers)
I got this board for almost nothing during a CPU/Mobo combo sale. I have this board paired with an.FX 8350 AMD FX-8350 FX-Series Eight-Core Processor Edition, Black AM3 FD8350FRHKBOX and running OC'd at 4.5GHz on air with a Hyper 212 EVO. Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2) I have 16gb of Ballistix sport 1600 DDR3 RAM Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB kit (8GBx2) DDR3-1600 1.5V 240-Pin UDIMM BLS2CP8G3D1609DS1S00 running at 1600 even though the board only says 1333+...I don't know maybe it configured itself....just happy it did! I'm also runnning a GTX 550i graphics card."

It can overclock. Just because a board only has a 4+1 phase VRM doesn't mean it won't overclock. I myself am running an 8120 on a 4+1 phase VRM at 4.3GHz.

thanks this is some good news as well makes me wonder if just new cooler might be enough! I should have known this too because it does advertise for being a very durable motherboard and has overclocking features in its bios but its always good to be sure so I might just do the CPU cooler and go from there because the mobo does have fail safe features anyways that helps prevent any real damage and if I do overclock its a mild overclock of 300 MHZ and my gold rated 750 watt PSU is more then enough to handle everything.

O I agree with you on that its not a UD3P for sure and that is a better board but if I can just get a better cooler and stay with same mobo for setup I have why not do it right and worst case scenario I can always to UD3P if I do not like what I see or if the mobo does not handle what I want to do xD
