Hi guys, not a tech savvy here, I need your help, so I was short in storage on my 1 TB HDD and I went to see my Local Storage on Windows but when I entered I saw that I had 222 GB of Temporary Files (223 GB after taking the ss) I was shocked but I clicked on It to clean that up, but then It just shows some cuple of MB to clean, sometimes there are 6 MB or 8 MB like in the pic, one time It was 1 GB but just one time.

Now when I go to my C: drive and clicked on the "Disk Cleanup" option It just shows 12 MB of files, already used CCleaner Tech versión and It just clean 1 GB of space.

So I don't know if It's a software mistake and It's showing 222 GB of "fake" use storage or those Temp Files are there and I can't find them, I need some enlightment here

Sorry if my english is not that good, I'm not a native speaker, thanks for your time.

Solution
Try CCleaner. You can analyse what will be cleaned, and inspect each individual analysis result to see what will be cleaned, and how much in MB / GB etc.
