Hi i have 24gb RAM but my game says I only have less than 8gb which is odd
can some one tell what is wrong?

Are you talking about VRAM 8152 MB?

Approx. total memory is only the approximate total memory of your video card, but it also brings in the shared system memory of you computer, therefore not giving you the information about your video card that you want.
