i guess you incorrectly wrote something, you should first try checking the specs of the board and also recheck your thread spellings and words

Check your manual and find which slots you should be mounting both RAMs in, ie slot 0 and 2 or 1 and 3. Some mobos are real particular about dual RAM mounts. Also make sure they are clicking in nicely.

To be more helpful next time, please send what RAM modules they are and what motherboard and links to the manufacturers sites so we don't have to guess.

Are the two RAM sticks identical? Timings and latencies? Which memory slots are you using in which motherboard? Give us some details please.
