I have 30 pin 1080p lcd panel and 50 pin lcd controller board

I have 30 pin 1080p lcd panel and 50 pin lcd controller board.

So, my question is will this 30 pin lcd panel work on 50 pin controller board ?

will need an adapter as pin 1 to pin1 might not be the same on both connectors.
