[SOLVED] i have 4 cores but in msconfig it shows only 2 as max

when i try to enable all cores in pc at msconfig,im using i5 4460 4 cores 4 threads,and i go to ms config it writes 2 as a maximum number of processors,i went to BIOS everywhere it did not work.[PLEASE HELP]

uncheck it and save and close.
then go back in.

Ok so what i have to do is, NUmber of processors =off, turn off pc, turn on, and check if its founs. Right?
But btw this is my new pc just bought it
