Question I have 4 GB ram says 2.69 usable

I was wondering how to fix this.
Bios version: AMI A0.07
BIOS Mode: UEFI
SMBIOS Version: 2.8
Installed Physical Memory: 4.00 GB
Total Physical Memory: 2.69
Available Physical Memory: 8.06
Do I need to buy an 8 GB and take the 2 4GB Out? I'm at a loss plz help

Could be a bad stick? Try installing them separately
