And know my window is not booting
It is stucked at the windows 10 booting proceed
And it shows SrtTrail.txt like

Now why would you want to tamper with the amount of ram your OS was using? You should know that Windows 10 doesn't like changes to it's undersides. Some have had success to what you did while some couldn't boot to GUI. You could try and remove the ram sticks and see if you can boot into OS. You can also try and see if you can boot into Safe Mode and undo the changes you did in msconfig.

That is really ill-advised thing to do. Who told you to do that?

To fix this boot from windows installation media into command prompt. Find identifier value of windows 10 boot entry. Would look something like this {c1fd4318-f5ef-11e7-95c7-c8d3ff78906f}. Execute:

• bcdedit

Then execute:

• bcdedit /deletevalue {identifier value you found before} truncatememory
  bcdedit /deletevalue {identifier value you found before} removememory
