I don't know what I'm doing when it comes to building a pc.
I have Asus ROX Strix Radeon RX 560 O4GB Gaming OC Edition GPU that I wish to move to my new pc.
Everything else needs to be replaced.
I have 500€ to buy everything else except GPU, you can go a bit more than 500.
Later when I save up some more money ill buy better graphic card.
I really need assistance with this.

Your best bet of getting something decent within that budget is to find a Ryzen 1600AF - performs like a 2600, but far cheaper.
It's on the 12nm process as opposed to the original 14nm one - YD1600BB[AF]BOX, instead of YD1600BB[AE]BOX
