BTW i have tried using "Mdsched.exe", but noting seemed to be wrong

really hopes someone will/can help me, thanks in advance :)

First off, it is likely that only one stick is plugged in, try to get the other one firmly planted in, turn off the PC and reseat both sticks.
You need to set the frequency to 1866 in XMP profile settings if you have a Z series board, otherwise you can't adjust the frequency as it won't be supported by non OC boards.

You will need to use window 64 bit to utilize above 4Gb ram. Doesn't matter the version of the window (assuming you have use window 8 or 10 from the look of your chopped picture). If you already use 64 bit windows, then next step is hardware fault.

unplug the ram stick and stick it one by one to see if both ram work. If it does then try using both until it work. Make sure to use the same coloured ram slot on your motherboard (refer to manual for dual channel ram).
