i have 8 gb ram only 932 mb usable.

i have a laptop i5. It have 8 gb ram installed but it shows that only 932 mb usable . os is window 8.1 enterprise 32 bits . I know that 32 bit only use 4 gb of ram but it is only using 932 mb i have also used msconfig command but problem remained .what to do ?? i really need to fix this problem.

Try these:

1. Click Start, type msconfig in the Search programs and files box, and then click msconfig in the Programs list.
2. In the System Configuration window, click Advanced options on the Boot tab.
3. Click to clear the Maximum memory check box, and then click OK.
4. Restart the computer.

OR

Enable the memory remapping feature in Bios.

I already did msconfig command but it wont work. Could u tell me how to enable memory remapping.

Which is your laptop? In your laptop BIOS you have to find the menu with memory remapping, it's different on Laptop. Check the BIOS settings to see whether the memory remapping feature is enabled.

Turn on or restart the computer.
Keep pressing the f10 key to enter the BIOS settings menu.
