I have 8gb of ram but 3.93 usable

I have 2x4gb ddr3 ram 1600mhz and i tried to swap places of them,underclock it and still nothing.It still shows 8gb but 3.93 usable.I have a Windows 7 64bit.Link to the picture

try running memtest86

reset bios, it may let you use more ram then

Hold down the Windows Key and press R. Into the Run Box type msconfig and hit enter. In the System Configuration windows, click the Boot tab and then click the Advanced Options button. If there is a tick in the box next to 'Maximum Memory', click the box to remove it, click OK, click Apply and then OK in the previous window and then restart the pc for the change to take effect.

Ok,i'll try memtest86 and im msconfig isn't anything checked.Ty for help

then go into the BIOS, look for a setting called "memory remap" and enable it.
