Greeting from Greece, soo i have UE32H5500AW Samsung TV and my problem is that the monitor should be displaying a refresh rate of 100Hz, but I only have the option of 60Hz.I have gtx1060 and i connect my display with hdmi (HIGH SPEED HDMI cable with ethernet). In device manager at monitors says Generic PnP Monitor, Generic PnP Monitor (i have 2 screens). Also in NVIDIA Control Panel->Change resolution, in PC resolutions i have the option of 1680x1050 and below, i currently use the 1080p,1920x1080(native) in Ultra HD,HD,SD list. Plus in settings->system->display->Display adapter properties->Monitor-screen refresh rate i got the option of 60Hertz and below. Also my tv have 3 HDMI Ports (HDMI(STB),HDMI(ARC),HDMI(DVI)) i use the ARC one.
All drivers are updated.

Spec:
Windows 10 Pro

There is not. Very few TV's support an input signal above 60Hz. My 4k TV has a motion rate of 240Hz yet still only supports a max input signal of 60Hz.
That TV does not natively provide 100hz refresh. TV manufactures use a marketing mumbo jumbo such as "Hyperreal Engine Clear Motion Rate 100" when they advertise refresh rates. It is a software to give the look of 100hz refresh but it is only using 60hz. You need HDMI 2.0 (or display port) to give more than 60hz and that TV does not have HDMI 2.0 or a display port connection.
