Depends on what cpu you have, what you do with it, do you o'c it, but more importantly, can your existing case accommodate a liquid cooler (tubing, pump, rad(s), fans etc)
Maybe you wanna switch to AIO or water cooling just because you can......
Case in point, I ran a 212 evo in push/pull for years on an overclocked Skylake 6700k and rarely saw temps above 75c, even with heavy multitasking....
But then I got a huge case that could take a much larger cooling set-up, and I made the move to a 560 AIO set-up nottaproblemo
So go with whatever makes you happy & what you can afford
