Question i have a 212 evo should I upgrade?

I would check your temps.
If your temps are fine, I think it would be a waste of time and money to upgrade.

What are you cooling with it and hows it's performing ? 240mm are liquid coolers so I guess you have an itch to switch to liquid.

Depends on what cpu you have, what you do with it, do you o'c it, but more importantly, can your existing case accommodate a liquid cooler (tubing, pump, rad(s), fans etc)

Maybe you wanna switch to AIO or water cooling just because you can......

Case in point, I ran a 212 evo in push/pull for years on an overclocked Skylake 6700k and rarely saw temps above 75c, even with heavy multitasking....

But then I got a huge case that could take a much larger cooling set-up, and I made the move to a 560 AIO set-up nottaproblemo

So go with whatever makes you happy & what you can afford

Sounds like you have confused "WANTs" and "NEEDs". If it is keeping your CPU cool enough, then you don't NEED to upgrade, you WANT to upgrade.
