I have a DDR4 8gb 3000mhz, and in the specifications of my motherboard, it is saying 3000 OC, my ram is compatible and there will be no problem? and another doubt I have a source with 8-pin cable = 4 + 4 and my motherboard has a 4-pin and 8-pin input and I have a 65w TDP processor, there will be a problem if I connect the 8-pin cable from source on the motherboard without overclocking the processor? NOTE: processor compatible with the motherboard and memory.

motherboard- Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi)
processor - Ryzen 5 2600
memory RAM - DDR4 8gb 3000mhz.

If you can answer me thank you !. :)

Anything that is above DDR4-2133Mhz will be an overclock so getting to DDR4-3000 will require you to perform an overclock. You can enable X.M.P or D.O.C.P in BIOS to get to that frequency. If not, you can manually input frequency, timings and voltage in BIOS to get to that number.

What is the make and model of your powersupply? I'd advise on buying a 2x8GB DDR4-3200MHz ram kit at the very least to get the best out of your platform.
