I have a 750TI but Minecraft with the mods I use only gets 30FPS with dips to 0 at times, what options do I have?

Is another 750TI going to help in SLI? should I just invest is something else? I'm under the assumption that it's the card and not the system that is the bottleneck. I also am in the current with World of Warships but the 750TI says that every setting should be maxed for best performance but I have it all on Medium for a smoother play...

My current build is mostly this:

I was thinking of going full AMD with a Radeon but what one would give me at least 120FPS using a heavy Resource pack called Chroma Hills and a Shader Pack called SEUS.

No, you would have to get an intel cpu, and a new motherboard. I wouldnt upgrade to a different amd cpu as it will just add more cores, and a very small single core performance increase.
It costs the same and will perform better to swap to intel

This is the amd cpu you could upgrade to - FX 8350 $160

Look at the Single core performance between the two here

YES the intel is still $5 cheaper with a motherboard included, and...

dropping to 0 fps is usually a sign of something overheating

are you monitoring cpu temps?

amd cpu's are mediocre in online games, because they have weak per core performance, and most games only use 1 - 2 cores

Ok, well this 750ti I can SLI, came with a bridge and everything. I thought fps was a gpu thing not a xpu thing... well I'm stuck with the AMD for now so what amd cpu is best with the board I have? Or is there an Intel for this mobo? This build was only supposed to be a cheap build to sustain me cause my Dell XPS 420 was crap for nearly every game I have. I picked this cpu cause of the speed it had, which was nearly the fastest one so I don't understand how it is the limiting factor... I can Overclock ot but I dont know what are the best oc settings for it. Also, my temps never exceed 65°c cause I'm using the old cpu fan from the dell mentioned above and it is like a jet engine, and I fuel jets so I know what one sounds like... I also have 3 other case fans running, all 120mm.

I highly highly recommend getting this if you want your minecraft performance to increase.

If you have a micro store near you, this intel cpu is only $99.99 !!!!! HOLY SAVINGS
