I have a Sceptre c248w-1920r monitor that is capable of putting out 75hz refresh rate. However, when I go to check my monitor settings, there is not a 75hz option. How can I fix this and use the full potential of my monitor? Thanks.

Try the nvidia control panel if that's a possible solution.
For the hell of it, I would go into the windows display settings and lower your resolution. Then see if it gives you 75hz under display adapters. (I'm fairly sure that's where you set it from. I'm on my phone, and usually need to be looking at my pc to remember lol). Your monitor should be able to run the 75hz at 1920x1080 or whatever it is. If it doesnt, but let's you get 75hz at a lower resolution it may give you some more clues.
