I have a 8.00 g of ram but 7.45 g of that ram is usable ??

So I have a windows 10 hp computer with up to 8.00 gigs of ram. When I go to my system info it says that I have 8.00 ram but only 7.45 of that ram can be used. So I go to youtube and website's oh how to use all that ram but nothing worked, I read some articles but still none of them worked. (Note: I am using a laptop (AMD A10-8700p Radeon r6, 10 Compute Cores 4C +6G 1.8 Ghz) Processer)

Your igpu takes its memory from the system ram as it lacks its own dedicated vram.

What you are seeing is normal for your setup. If you want more ram you'll need to buy more ram.
