I have a Aztech dsl5001en and wish to use it with another service provider

This router was used for another internet provider now I have changed providers I want to set this up for use

Reset it to defaults and ask the ISP what settings you need for it. Assuming your new ISP is also DSL, If it's not, you need a new router.
