I have a B75M-G mobo - SSD?

Hello, I recently have decided to look into purchasing an SSD. My desktop currently has a ASUS B85M-G (R2.0) and I was wondering what my options are when it comes to switching to an SSD. All answers are greatly appreciated as I am no expert.

Does the amount of inches matter? Or does pretty much any SSD that isn't one of the M.2 ones work?

Basically you don't want M.2 or mSATA. Which only leaves 2.5".
