I have a bad DLL!!!!!!

This is actually on my other computer. When it starts up a error dialog box pops up telling me that i have a bad wsock32.dll on my monitor, msn messenger. Then it pops up another error dialog box informing me of a bad kernel32.dll when in lexplore.exe then it will not let me on the internet or check my e-mail. Actually, a few programs that have to do with the operating system pop up with a bad kernel32.dll or wsock32.dll error dialog box. I did run my antivirus program and it found nothing. I know nothing about DLL's. What should I do?

I found the problem. It was a virus called w95 hybris.gen. Nasty!!!! It attacks your system files. I found it in c:\windows\system. It is from an e-mail i received. The e-mail is subject: Snowhite and the Seven Dwarfs- The real story! It comes with a attachment. Yup you guest it. I opened it but the crazy thing about it is that my antivirus did not pick it up. On that computer i was running McAfree. I have a home network and i check it with my other computer with Norton. It found it but it can't repair it.
