Solution
You have no integrated graphics. It also may not support UEFI(your gpu requires that). You might be able to fix that by updating the bios but there are some old boards that never added support for uefi gpus. However you would need an older gpu that supports legacy bios to be able to flash the bios, or would need to replace the bios chip with one that already has the updated bios.

Also on a side note be very wary of that PSU.
If that is an old Gigabyte Ares you'll want to replace it asap as its very old ad wasn't a good option when it was new a decade ago.
If its Aresgame they are also not good units and there are fakes floating around that are burn your house down bad, why someone would fake a low quality PSU to begin with IDK but they do exist.

Would a gtx 960 work

Would a gtx 960 work

I’ve run an rtx 2060 on an intel 945 for testing purposes before and it posted. Ive also run a gtx 750 ti and gtx 1050 ti on it and it worked. An r9 380 did not post with it.

it seems nvidia cards are more likely to work on older motherboards than amd cards. If you have a gtx 960 on hand, try it…
