I need help I have a Biostar N68S+ Motherboard and for some reason it will not boot up the HDD light will come on and stay on until I push the reset button and then nothing.

I'm afraid you might have a faulty motherboard.
Just to double check when you start the computer do the fans spin at max capacity and does no display show onscreen?
If so contact your motherboard manufacturer for a warranty replacement
If not be sure that everything is plugged in correctly

Yes the fans are at full speed I have no display and my keyboard or mouse will not post and I have a 500w power supply in it
