Question I have a black bar on left side of monitor

i need help
i was messing around with the resolutions on my nvidia control panel
then i reset it to my original settings
and there is a black bar on the left side of my monitor
its not just a black bar
it seems to have pushed my whole screen to the right
i cant see my cursor if it goes to the right

Did you go into windows display and check the display adapter to make sure it is back to native resolution?

Yes the setting in my display settings for windows is also 1366x768

I'm using a VGA to HDMI Active adapter. I tried plugging my VGA direct to mobo and still same problem

can you see the tab up right corner with the two pages, have you tried clicking on that?

ok so go into nvidia control panel and go to adjust desktop size and scaling. USE scaling tab. Try using full screen tab. Then apply it. Then go to windows display and make sure it is native resolution there to.
