I already tried accessing properties and going to compatibility to uncheck the admin box, but the box was already unchecked. Can you help me?
I appreciate any and all responses

That shield shows the program needs to Run as Administrator. Some times however windows gets it wrong and the program will run under the user account. If you right click the icon and select Properties then select the Compatibility tab see if Run as Administrator is selected. If it is try and remove the selection and select OK then run the program. It shouldn't ask for a password but may not run as expected.
I saw these websites when I searched up my problem, but the run as administrator box, under compatibility, was already unchecked, do you have any other solutions?i assume by box you mean this
