Question I have a bug/problem with my asus monitor

So, nothing happened before, the monitor didn t turned off before, the monitor wasn't hitted or something.And now when i press on something that has dots like in the picture below (not allways) it shows up that line.I don't have the warranty anymore.Can someone help me please?

As you can see in the pictures, only when the torrent is selected i get that line.

When i change it to hdmi 1 from hdmi 2 i don t have the problem anymore, but i want to know if it is possible to be the led display and not just the hdmi port
