Question I have a chillblast pc and the power supply is located in a box tied down with some circular screw heads?

I need to connect my new GTX 1060 graphics card to my power supply but cant get into the box due to being screwed down with circular screw heads. anyone had this problem before and know the best way to get into the box?

Those are rivets.....and they aren't coming apart unless you destroy them.

I'm a little surprised you think you need to do this...as I would think there would be an easier way.
