[SOLVED] I have a computer connected to a TV and it glitches out and becomes choppy every so often

I have a computer tower and I have it connected to two BENQ monitors through display ports (The only type of port for displaying things on my computer) and it's also connected to a samsung TV through a display port to HDMI cable.

Every so often (enough to bother me) the TV will glitch out and I will see my taskbar all over my screen, and it will become VERY choppy. During this, however, my other monitors seem to be fine.

Other Information:
My graphics card is an NVIDIA Quadro P600
The TV is a Samsung 50" 6 series NU6900
The TV is my primary display (it is set as primary through the NVIDIA Control Panel)
My graphics card has been fully updated

I do not know what will trigger it to happen, it will just happen on its own

does this happen with other sources besides the PC?
try swapping the cables with another monitor see if that changes anything, if its still on the same display it may be an issue with the TVs input port. try another input on the TV.
you can determine if its software or hardware by changing environments, booting into linux for example. if the issue follows to a new software environment the issue must be hardware.

Boot to a USB drive with linux on it. grab a USB drive, a copy of rufus and a linux distribution.
http://distrowatch.com/ has tons of differing linux distributions and download links. I personally am fond of linux mint with cinnamon.
https://rufus.ie/ the utility used to extract the ISO file to the USB drive.

use rufus to extract the selected ISO to the thumb drive. it will make the drive bootable and you can run linux from the drive once done.
Reboot into linux and proceed to test the hardware. connect to internet, watch videos, await problems.
if linux is good and stable the issue is most likely inside windows or otherwise software related.
this is a test of the hardware.

The swapping HDMI ports worked great, I'm not sure why that didn't pop up to me as a solution at first, it may have been because it was a recently bought TV. Thanks!
