Question I have a conceptronic chc4cctvkit and I cant access it trough 80 port and neither can I access it through server port.

Hi! I have a conceptronic cctv kit and we want to set it up. I have tried to connect from server port, http port and the handset port (7777. 80. 580) opened 80 and 7777 in the router's settings. There is also a "Software update" button, but it needs a USB drive with the file on it to update, there are no update files found on the internet, but can I replace it with some other software by that button? Please I am desperate.

You should first set it up to usable from your local network, andonly after that to think about accessing it from outside.

Almost every modern appliance has "Software Update" button, but only the vendor provides them.
