How much is a Dell Inspiron 15 3542 brand new? And it's never been used so how much could I ask for it?

The only current info I can find on this is for India.

I saw price points from $150 used to just at $300 new, and it doesn't appear to be a particularly well received model. I would think that asking something a bit over that $150 mark would be appropriate since it is "used" and out of warranty. Someone may be willing to pay a bit more or about the same as a refurb which I saw priced around $200.
