i have a dell inspiron 530 i tried playing the sims 4 but a message pops up saying cannot run with the video card i have help?

Any store around will have a card that will work in the computer. It has a standard PCI-E 16x slot in it. I wouldn't buy anything more than $80-100 though, should play Sims 4 at that price. Your processor is very old/slow though. You're going to have problems playing the game though. You barely meet the minimum requirements.
