Most likely you have an Onboard Graphics chipset as well as a dedicated card.

Your Intel CPU has built-in graphics. search your Processor type on google and then click on the link to Intel site.
Read your processor info and go to section Graphics and it will show you the graphics built-in to your cpu.
That's the reason, Windows is showing 2 graphic controllers since you have a discrete video ( AMD 6100) in your system

Go into the Device Manager ( from Control panel ). Click on the display adapter then click on the one you do not want to use and disable it. That Dedicated card is a workstation card, but ince you installed it in the PCIe slot, it should have disabled the other graphics. I have an Intel 4770k that had the integrated HD4000 package, but it is not showing in my Device Manager as I am running a a dedicated GTX 680 in here, which is showing.
